This upgrade replaces the original BBS RC factory-style center caps with threaded aluminum center caps featuring a secure screw-in locking system, similar in appearance and function to traditional BBS RS-style center caps.
Because BBS RC0XX wheels do not originally have a threaded center section, each set includes dedicated adapter rings. The adapter ring is first mounted into the wheel center, allowing the new aluminum center cap to screw directly into place. This provides stable fitment, proper alignment, and a cleaner RS-inspired finish.
This conversion is especially popular for BBS RC090 wheels fitted to BMW E39 models, as well as other RC-series wheels used across classic BMW platforms.
