Our Policy
You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 30 days.
The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
If you use any of the stated options, we will communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such a withdrawal by email without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired, or else the contract withdrawal will be rejected.
International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government. If you need our assistance, please contact us, we will be happy to help and do our best for you!
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you the payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, both parties shall not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day of return approval. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and inspected them.
You will have to bear the courier cost for returning the goods. Any returns that are not caused by an item defect, or courier damage will impose a charge of 10% restocking fee OR 20% fee if the item required repackaging. (Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You have the right to reject any package that was damaged during shipping by the courier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. If the product was damaged already when it was delivered to you, please fill a complaint with the courier and inform us with photo evidence if available (more in our Terms and Conditions)
Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this applies to your particular case.
Why is there a restocking fee?
Well, the first reason is that it was in the terms and conditions on checkout. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order. If you buy something and then return it, there are more costs to handle the return.
All returns must be thoroughly inspected when received back at the warehouse to ensure they are in 100% resalable condition. New packaging materials usually need to be utilized because it is typically only designed to be used two times (initial use and possible return shipment). The time and materials involved in inspecting, repackaging, and restocking are not insignificant. The bottom line is restocking fees help keep prices low for you!
For this reason, we do not accept returns on any used or previously installed or custom-made products. We will not sell used products to our customers who are expecting brand new parts. At times we may have to charge a higher restocking fee on a return if the parts are damaged during the return shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe arrival of the parts you are returning to us. Thanks!
